As you probably know, there's a live chat feature already built-in my website! It's that little green box at the bottom right corner of the screen.
As of now, I have decided to add an additional live chat feature. Sometimes the other one doesn't load properly and more importantly, I just wanted to give people another option to choose from. Wix seems to work faster in the Chrome browser! If you're using a computer, you'll see the second live chat feature at the bottom left corner but on a smaller device like a cellphone, you're gonna see a button at the top of the screen that says... say something!
